The Siberian cold

The cold came in the Balkans and we are not happy about it. The weather predictions for a Siberian Cold were accurate, tho... Now must of the people stay in homes so they can warm themselves up while the temperatures go below 0... some of the Balkans which have mountains are not lucky at all... -20, -30 degrees that's the forecast informing us here today...
Dammit Russia! Darn your Siberian cold! >:C
